罗时，重庆人，2017年毕业于华中师范大学伟德体育，教育学博士，国家二级心理咨询师，教育部学位与研究生教育评估监测专家库专家，2019年晋升为伟德体育副教授，2020年获得学术型硕士研究生导师，2025年晋升为伟德体育教授。招生研究生方向为体育教育训练学与体育教学，主要研究方向为：体育心理学，联系邮箱：luoshi0604@126.com。承担本科生课程《体育心理学》，研究生课程《SPSS统计与应用》、《高级运动心理学》与《体育科研方法》等，2024年获bevictor伟德“学术科研优秀研究生团队”。主持2024年国家社科基金一般项目1项，14和20年教育部人文社会科学项目共2项，其余主持或主研各类省部级课题10余项，发表在CSSCI、SSCI、SCI等期刊论文共计40余篇。
